Yes. Shared and WordPress hosting plans can be cancelled within 30 days for a refund of the hosting fee. Domain fees are not refundable.
Yes. Request an upgrade from the service page in your client area and we will pro-rate the difference.
Domains
Most transfers complete within 5 to 7 days once the current registrar approves them.
Eligible annual hosting plans include the first year of one .com, .net or .org registration. Renewals are billed at the standard rate.
Billing
The payment methods shown at checkout are the ones currently enabled, such as bank transfer and card payments.
